Percy Jackson and the olympians had two additions to the roster. The series of Disney+ hired Adam Copeland (vikings) and Jessica Parker Kennedy (The Flash) for great figures of Greek mythology lived (via TV Line).
Copeland – who is also known as the fighter edge gives WWE – playing Ares, the God of War. J Jessica Parker Kennedy, who played the daughter of the titular hero of The Flash, being Medusa, one of the most striking creatures of Greek mythology. The duo will have recurring participation in some of the episodes of the series.
Still no release date, the series will adapt the first book in the franchise, Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. In the plot, young Percy discovers he is a demigod: son of a god and a human.
When his abilities begin to show, he must head to Camp Half-Blood to protect those he loves and discover his true origins.
in addition to Walker Scobell (The Adam Project) in the role of Percy, the series has Leah Jeffries like Annabeth, Aryan Simhadri like Groover, Jason Mantzoukas plays Dionysus, Charlie Bushnell plays the role of Luke, among others.
