‘Deadpool 3’ is officially being annonced, and on Tuesday it got its first teaser video. The video was posted by Wade Wilson, Ryan Reynolds, and looked more like a real-life tease than an actual trailer. But Reynolds reveals that ‘Deadpool 3’ is on the way, and it’s even more likely that Hugh Jackman will reprise his role as Wolverine in the film. The film even got a premiere date: September 6, 2024.
Development of ‘Deadpool 3’ apparently predates the Fox-Disney deal, which closed in early 2019. The first ‘Deadpool’ premiered in 2016, followed by ‘Deadpool 2’ in 2018, both of which were critical and commercial successes.
it concerns Jackman’s ‘Wolverine’, this return is at least a little surprising. The actor tried several times, but failed to leave his most famous character. ‘Logan’ was the last farewell to that character. But it seems Jackman just couldn’t say no, especially when Reynolds and Feige sent the invitation to film.
Jackman and Reynolds have clashed before as Wolverine and Deadpool – albeit in a very different form – in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
